Hike your way through the Isle of Skye in 3 Days

Hiking your way through the Isle of Skye in 3 days is more than doable if you are planning your visit as a side trip.  If you plan on staying longer, slow down to a leisurely pace if you prefer. Most of the hikes are relatively short and won’t take up too much of your time. There’s not much to do on the island except hike, so there’s no conflict of interest!

The itinerary I’ve shared is best taken advantaged of if you stay in, or around Portree, which is a central location on the Isle of Skye. I have arranged the agenda logistically so little time is wasted. Driving time and downtime to recoup is built into the schedule. Though it is still a relatively active schedule based on my own trek through Skye over a 3-day period, this pace should also be okay for older children. My 12-year old and 13-year old had no problem keeping pace. Take away or add to the agenda if you like. The download link is below and the itinerary file is completely editable. Enjoy!
